It all started as a hobby for web designing and for the love of his hometown Abuyog Leyte of the Philippines, one person took the chance to voluntarily sponsor his own website in promoting, not only the spectacle, but the whole town as well.

This website, www.abuyogleyte.com realized its purpose - to promote tourism in Abuyog Leyte, relieve homesickness of the Abuyognons here and abroad and to unite them to work hand in hand in guiding Abuyog to its progress. Thus, a reason for the website to stay.

Nevertheless, the making of this website was triggered by the passion and dedication of one person, Francis Ray M. Cecilio, a native of Abuyog, who tirelessly poured all his efforts to proudly share his talents to others; likewise in showing to the world the astonishing beauty of his hometown.

Friends, the Webmaster began the first step in making a difference for Abuyog Leyte, who believes that with your help, we can make our dreams for our beloved town come true.

Pointless to say, this site is for you - who knows that Abuyog Leyte has a lot more to offer.

Francis or Rey-rey, as called by everybody hails from Liberation Street, Guintagbucan, Abuyog Leyte and the eldest son of Sir  Agatonico B. Cecilio Jr. of San Isidro, Abuyog Leyte which is a businessman and Madam Rosalinda M. Cecilio of San Joaquin, Palo Leyte which is a teacher. He have two brothers namely Ian and Roy. He studied at B.V. Closa Central School during his elementary days and in Notre Dame of Abuyog during his high school days. He graduated  BS Electronics & Communication Engineering (BSECE) at the prestigious University of San Carlos in Cebu City, batch 1996. His first job is in Fairchild Semiconductor, an American semiconductor company located in MEPZA, Lapu Lapu City wherein he work for almost 8 years. Currently, he is working now as a Maintenance Engineer in STMicroelectronics, which is also a semiconductor company based in Ang Mo Kio, Singapore. Married to Jocelyn F. Cecilio of Holy Redeemer, Butuan City and have two healthy sons namely Chris John and Lawrence and a beautiful daughter named, Francine Rose. His hobbies include DJ'ing (Turntablist) in which he is also called DJ Funkeemasta in the music world, loves to DJ in a party and disco club, he also loves to travel around the world and for being diehard of the Hip- hop culture he knows how to rap and breakdance. During his spare time he usually listen to music especially Hip-hop music which is his favorites.  He loves to watch movies and surf the internet. He also likes to play video games on his PC and Xbox.
